Power to do all such other things as shall further
the said charitable objects or any of them.
7. (a) THE Trustee shall insure any buildings and may
insure any other trust property in such amount and against
such risks as the Trustee thinks fit.

(b)
The Trustee shall cause the accounts of the trust to
be audited annually by an independent accountant and the
costs of such audit including the fee of the auditor
shall be paid out of the capital or income of the Trust
Fund or partly in one way and partly in the other as the
Trustee in its absolute discretion thinks fit.
A custodian trustee hereof (whether or not a trust
corporation) may at any time be appointed by the Trustee
upon such reasonable terms as to remuneration and
charging and otherwise howsoever as shall be agreed at
the time when the appointment is made between the Trustee
on the one hand and the custodian trustee on the other
hand.
9.
The Trustee may makesuch reasonable and proper charges
from time to time for work done and time spent and
services rendered by it or by any of its officers and
employees in or incidental to the execution of the trusts
of this deed or the exercise of any powers or discretions
vested in the British Council in connection with those
trusts.
