Frank Wall has mentioned to me, more in surprise than in sorrow or anger, that he was told recently by a member of the Legal Office of the IOPC Fund that IOPC had received a letter from Hong Kong - apparently from the Attorney-General's Chambers

which, Frank was told, made comments which were
critical of UK legislation concerning the Fund.
Both Frank and I find this assertion surprising, but I should be grateful if you would have it checked out and let me know the result.
