LegCo passes a motion urging Britain. to promptly adopt appropriate measures, including the granting of the right of abode, to ensure that HK can have a stable future. Every speaker is critical of the Report's conclusion on the right of abode, and most of them agree that the pace of democratization should be accelerated.
