2. (1) In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires-

"articles" means, in relation to a company, its articles within the meaning of

section 2(1) of the Companies Ordinance;

"associated corporation", in relation to a listed company, means a

corporation-

a subsidiary or holding company of the listed company or a subsidiary of the listed company's holding company; or
