at all times to enter and occupy the said land and to permit

or regulate the entry thereon of members of the public or

specific classes thereof but subject at all reasonable times

during the day or night to the right of entry for the purpose

of carrying out their official duties of all persons either

in the employ of the Government or authorized so to do by the

Governor of the Colony for the time being.

2. The piece or parcel of ground marked "Crown Reserve" in

the plan may be used for such purpose as the Government may

think fit and the same may be cut away or filled in or the

level thereof may be altered and the Commission shall not be

entitled to compensation for any damage to the cemetery land

as a result of such user or cutting away, filling in or

alteration of levels of the Crown Reserve.

3. The Commission shall at its own cost dispose of the

drainage of all buildings erected or hereafter erected on

the said piece or parcel of ground to the reasonable

satisfaction of the Director of Public Works of the said

Colony (hereinafter referred to as "the said Director").

4. The Commission may construct an intake for water, one or

more water storage tanks and water pipe-lines in accordance

with the design plans approved by the said Director for

the purposes of cemetery uses but not further or otherwise

extract water from any streams which may run across the land

hereby appropriated.

5. The Commission shall maintain the existing Water Tank marked on the plan and the existing 2" water supply pipe leading thereto and the new water tank and pipeline shown on

the plan in good condition and shall give free access at all

reasonable times to the Government and all its servants and

workmen to view search and see the condition of the same.

6. The Government shall not without the prior consent of the

Commission permit the erection of Memorials or exhumations in

respect of any of the graves which are included in the land
