THE SCHEDULE

PART ONE

ALL THAT piece or parcel of land known as the Sai. Wan Military Cemetary situate at Sai Wan in the Colony of Hong Kong near to the East of the Chai Wan Chinese Cemetery there which said piece or parcel of ground being partly. bounded on the South East by a Military Road leading to Cape Collinson and otherwise bounded on all sides by Crown Land and containing in the whole 249,000 square feet or thereabouts is more particularly delineated on the plan annexed hereto and thereon shwon coloured red.

PART TWO

ALL THAT piece or parcel of land situata at Sai Wan afore- said near to the land first hereinafore described and lying to the South East thereof being bounded on the North Westerly side by a strip of Crown Land 20 feet wide (on the said plan shown coloured brown) which serves to separate the said land from the aforesaid Military Road to Cape Collinson and on all other sides by other Crown Lands and containing in the whole 14,250 square feet or thereabouts and is more particularly delineated on the said plan and thereon shown coloured red.

The Common Seal of the Imperial War Graves Commission was hereunto affixed and Frank Higginson as Proper Officer has signed these presents
