THE COMMISSION MAY CONSTRUCT as indicated on
the plan annexed hereto and in the event of so doing there. after shall maintain together with an intake for water one or more water storage tanks and water pipe-lines between the same in the positions and in manner indicated on the said plan by a blue line and may from time to time as necessary for the purpose of cemetery uses and all requirements of the premises referred to in Part two of the said Schedule but not further or otherwise extract-water from the stream which
is indicated on the said-plan-and- which runs northwards on.
the west side of the premises-described in part one of the
said Schedule.
