it is proposed that the present arrangements regarding the
maintenance cost in respect of the Cemetery at Stanley
should be maintained and the agreement recorded, possibly
by an exchange of letters. It is further proposed that
the agreement should provide that either side may in
future propose
review of the arrangements provided
adequate notice as specified in the agreement has been
given.
