I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT the document hereto annexed

between the Government of Hong Kong (under an
entrustment of authority from the United Kingdom
Government) and the Government of Canada,
concerning Air Services, signed at Hong Kong on 24
June 1988.
and that the document includes all reservations
and declarations made by the parties thereto.
I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT the Agreement came into
force on 24 June 1988
in accordance with the provisions of Article 21
therof.
