Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs presents his compliments to the Secretary-General of the United Nations and, with reference to the Regulations to give effect to Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations, has the honour to transmit herewith a certified copy and two uncertified copies of an Agreement between the Government of Hong Kong (under an entrustment of authority from the United Kingdom Government) and the Government of Canada concerning Air Services.
It is requested that the Secretary-General of the United Nations will cause this instrument to be registered in accordance with the Regulations and that he will inform the Secretary of State when this
has been done.
The Secretary of State avails himself of this opportunity to express to the Secretary-General the assurance of his highest consideration.
