1. I have the honour to inform you that an Exchange of Notes with the Minister of Communications was effected on Saturday
13 May 1989, terminating the arrangements for air services
between Hong Kong and Brunei Darussalam, which predate the
Air Services Agreement which entered into force on 9 January of
this year.
2.
I signed on behalf of Her Majesty's Government and have
the honour to enclose a certified true copy of my Note and
two uncertified copies, together with the reply signed by
Dato Haji Zakaria the Minister of Communications. His actual
signature reads: Zakaria.
3. I have sent a copy of this despatch to the Governor of
Hong Kong.
