28. Section 66 is amended-

(a) in subsection (1), by repealing "Principal Surveyor, a surveyor, a boiler inspector who is a public officer and an inspector (land boilers)" and substituting "Authority and an authorized officer";
(b) by repealing subsection (2);
(c) in subsection (4), by adding "oil," after "conveys”;
(d) in subsection (5)(a), by repealing "the Principal Surveyor, a surveyor”
and substituting "an authorized officer";
(e) in subsection (5)(b)—
(i) by repealing "the Principal Surveyor, a surveyor" in the first place where it appears and substituting "an authorized officer";
(ii) by repealing "Principal Surveyor, a surveyor" and substituting "authorized officer".
Section substituted
29. Section 69 is repealed and the following substituted-
"Prosecution of offences
69. (1) Prosecutions for offences under this Ordinance may be brought in the name of the Authority and may be commenced and conducted by any public officer appointed under section 13 of the Magistrates Ordinance (Cap. 227).
(2) Nothing in this section shall derogate from the powers of the Attorney General in relation to the prosecution of offences.".
Repeal of "current British Standard Specification"
30. Sections 29(3)(b)(ii), 42(3)(b), 44(5)(b), 47(3)(a) and 58(3)(b) are amended by repealing "the current British Standard Specification" and substituting "a recognized engineering standard or code".
Substitution of "pressurized fuel container"
for "pressure vessel”
31. The Ordinance is amended by repealing "pressure vessel" wherever it appears in the provisions specified in Schedule 1 and substituting "pressurized fuel container".
Substitution of "pressurized fuel containers"
for "pressure vessels"
32. The Ordinance is amended-
(a) in sections 2(1), 7(1) and (3) and 20(1) and (2), by repealing “pressure
vessels" and substituting "pressurized fuel containers";
(b) in the subheading above section 11, by repealing "pressure vessels" and
substituting "pressurized fuel containers”;
(c) in the subheading above section 19, by repealing "Pressure vessels" and
substituting "Pressurized fuel containers".
