BOILERS AND PRESSURE RECEIVERS (AMENDMENT)
(2) Where, under subsection (1), the Authority reduces the maximum permissible working pressure of a boiler or pressure vessel, he shall notify the owner of the boiler or pressure vessel of that reduction and, upon delivery to him by the owner of the boiler or pressure vessel of the certificate of fitness, if any, issued after the examination, shall, where necessary, amend the certificate so that it indicates the maximum permissible working pressure as reduced by him.".

22. Section 50(1) is amended by repealing "34(2)(a), 60,”.
Persons not to enter or be in certain boilers
23. Section 52(1)(a) is amended by adding ", hot oil" after "steam".
Miscellaneous offences and penalties therefor
24. Section 55 is amended—
(a) in subsection (1)(a), by repealing "Registrar or the Principal Surveyor"
and substituting "Authority or an authorized officer";
(b) in subsection (1)(j), by repealing "Registrar, the Principal Surveyor, the Commissioner for Labour, any surveyor, any boiler inspector who is a public officer, any inspector (land boilers) or any factory inspector" and substituting "Authority or an authorized officer";
(c) in subsection (2), by repealing "Registrar, the Principal Surveyor, the Commissioner for Labour, a surveyor, a boiler inspector who is a public officer, an inspector (land boilers) or a factory inspector" and substituting "Authority or an authorized officer".

27. Section 64(2) is amended by repealing "Registrar or the Principal Surveyor or the Commissioner for Labour or by a surveyor or by a boiler inspector who is a public officer or by a factory inspector or by an inspector (land boilers) or by a public officer acting under the directions of any of them" and substituting "Authority or an authorized officer".
