An Ordinance to amend the Public Bus Services Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Short title
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Bus Services (Amendment) Ordinance 1988.
Interpretation
2. Section 2 of the Public Bus Services Ordinance (Cap. 230) is amended by adding after the definition of "North-west Transit Service Area”-
""passenger" in relation to a bus means any person carried in or on it other than the driver or conductor or any other employee of the grantee who is in uniform and on duty;”.
