In section 2(1), in the definition
of "Commission", repeal
"Commodities Trading Commission
established under section 3(1)"
and substitute

"Securities and Futures
Commission established under
the Securities and Futures
Commission Ordinance 1989
(
of 1989)".

"Appointment of chief executive of Exchange Company to be approved by Commission
15. No appointment of a
person as chief executive of
an Exchange Company shall
have effect unless such
appointment is approved by
the Commission.".
