(i) in subsection (1)(b), add
"and financial resources rules"
after "Ordinance" in both places
where it occurs; and
(ii) repeal subsection (2).
In section 2(1), in the definition of
"Commission", repeal "Commission
established under Part II of the
Securities Ordinance" and substitute
(No. 63 of 1988)
"and Futures Commission established under
the Securities and Futures Commission
Ordinance 1989 (
of 1989)".
