(b) without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, contravenes
subsection (4) or fails to comply with any requirement of
subsection (6),
commits an offence.
Service of notices
56.
A notice or direction required to be served under this
Ordinance shall be properly served if -

in the case of an individual it is
