"Commission has invested the
balance of the deposit"; and
(vi) in subsection (12)(b),
repeal "him" in both places where
it occurs and substitute "it".
Section 36 is repealed and the
following substituted
-
"Powers of the Commission in relation to misconduct
36. (1) The Commission
may at any time make inquiry
concerning any of the following
matters
(a)
whether a registered
person
(i) has provided
the Commission,
whether before or
after becoming
registered under this
Ordinance, with such
information relating
to him, and to any
circumstances likely
