(i) repeal "Commissioner"
wherever it occurs and substitute
"Commission";
(ii) in subsection (8), repeal

repeal "him" and substitute "it";
and
(iv) in subsection (9), repeal
"Financial Secretary has given a
direction" and substitute
"Commission has invested the
balance of the sums"; and repeal
"he" and substitute "it".
