(6) Any person who, without reasonable excuse, in purported

compliance with a requirement made under this section, produces a

record or other document which he knows to be false in a material

particular commits an offence.

(7) An authorized person shall be furnished by the Commission

with a copy of his authorization, and he shall, when entering any

business premises under this section, produce the copy of the

authorization for inspection by any person who is present and who is

affected by the exercise of the power.

Information relating to transactions

29. (1) The Commission or any person authorized in writing by

the Commission for the purposes of this section may require

-

(a)

a registered person;

(b)

(c)

a person on whose behalf the Commission reasonably believes

securities or futures contracts have been acquired,

disposed of, purchased or sold through a nominee or a

trustee or whom the Commission so believes is or has been

the beneficial owner of securities or futures contracts

held by a nominee or trustee;

a nominee or trustee referred to in paragraph (b)

(including an authorized trustee company registered under

Part VIII of the Trustee Ordinance (Cap. 29));
