(2) The Commission may request the Advisory Committee to adv se
it on any matter of policy regarding the performance of any of its
functions.
Directions to Commission
10. (1) The Governor may give to the Commission such
directions in writing as to policy in relation to the performance of
any of its functions as he considers appropriate.
(2) The Commission shall in performing its functions comply
with any direction under this section.
Annual report of Commission
11. The Commission shall, as soon as practicable after the end
of each financial year, prepare a report on its activities during
that financial year and send a copy of the report to the Financial
Secretary who shall cause a copy thereof to be laid on the table of
the Legislative Council.
Commission to furnish information
12.
The Commission shall, when required by the Financial
Secretary, furnish such information with respect to the policy it is
pursuing or proposes to pursue in the performance of any of its
functions as he may specify.
Financial year and estimates of income and expenditure
13. (1) The financial year of the Commission shall be the
