RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRODUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF RESERVE PACKS

The responsibilities for the production and maintenance of reserve packs are as follows:

UKCICC(0), Permanent

a. Selection of areas to be covered by mapping Planning Group (PPG) JFHQ, CINCFLEET, HQ UKLF and HQ STC.

b. Selection of suitable map cover - MOD DG Mil Svy.

Stock quantities based on force levels and deployment plans.

(1) HQ UKLF (G3/G4(0)) for Army/RM land operations and AAC.

(2) HQ STC (Ops 3) for air operations and airfield defence.

(3) CINCFLEET for RN helicopters and Landing Parties.
