The Chairman will invite the Secretary to brief the Committee on and seek the Committee's endorsement of the aims and provisions of this trial, which is now planned to run from 1 May to 30 Oct 89.

WESSEX HELICOPTER AIRCREW RATIOS.
CBF Hong Kong
The Chairman will invite CBF Hong Kong to brief the Committee on a proposal to retain a Wessex aircrew manning ratio based on retention of crews in Hong Kong
for contingency response purposes, rather than to
adopt a manning ratio requiring reinforcements from the UK. The Chairman will invite discussion and will require the Committee to provide policy guidance.
