INSTRUMENT OF RATIFICATION
FOR
THE AGREEMENT OF THE NETWORK OF AQUACULTURE CENTRES
IN ASIA AND THE PACIFIC
The Government of Hong Kong has the honour to
refer to the Agreement on the Network of
of Aquaculture Centres in Asia and the Pacific (NACA) which was adopted on 8th January 1988 by a Conference of Plenipotentiaries held in Bangkok, Thailand, from 5th to 8th January 1988
and
inform to
the Director-General of the Food and that Hong Agriculture Organization of the United Nations Kong hereby ratifies the aforesaid Agreement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 16 and undertakes to abide by its provisions.
