INTELSAT,
in
the proportion
utilization of the space segment
which
through
earth stations in the Hong Kong SAR bears to
the total utilization of the PRC as measured
by INTELSAT; and
(ii) in return for the entity contributing to
INTELSAT
capital
requirements
and
utilization charges in the same proportion,
to pay such entity the same proportion of
the payments it receives from INTELSAT in
accordance with Article V(c) of the
Agreement.
(c) Any such entity participating in the investment
share should be permitted by the CPG to send
representatives (in addition to those from the
SAR Government) to attend any relevant meetings
of the Assembly of Parties, as part of the PRC
delegation, and to attend as alternates all
Meetings of Signatories, all meetings of the
Board of Governors and its support committees,
namely Budget and Accounts Review and technical
and planning committees and any other committee
or working group.
