(f) Any such entity should be allowed to continue to
communicate directly with INTELSAT in all
matters, connected with the use of the INTELSAT
space segment, including participation

conferences
at
and
sub-groups and Global Traffic meetings, other
than those matters which are the reserved
responsibility of the Party or Signatory under
the INTELSAT Agreement or Operating Agreement.
