Over lunch the other day we spoke briefly about the Governor's letter to you of 19 September, with which he enclosed a note about Madame Ke's father, the late Professor Chen Ho-chin.
2. I am returning the original of the Governor's letter and enclosure to you herewith. I have little to add to the information in the enclosure: only that we have references to two persons named Chen I-ming, either of whom could be the Professor's eldest son. One 陈
