CONSULTATION

The Central Authorities will consult, at times mutually agreed by them, to enable the most effective use to be made of this Treaty. Such consultations shall include such information as may be lawfully disclosed concerning the status and disposition of proceedings utilizing documentary information and other evidence secured pursuant to this Treaty.
In any case of difficulty either Central Authority may request the assistance of the contracting parties to resolve the difficulty by way of consultation.
