ARTICLE 15
RETURN OF DOCUMENTS, RECORDS, AND ARTICLES OF EVIDENCE
The Central Authority of the Requesting Party shall return any documents, records, or articles of evidence furnished to it in execution of a request under this Treaty as soon as possible unless the Central Authority of the Requested Party waives their return.
