The Requested Party shall use its best efforts to effect service of any documents relating to or forming part of any request for assistance made by the Requesting Party under the provisions of this Treaty.
The Requesting Party shall transmit any request for the service of a document requiring the appearance of a person before an authority in the territory of the Requesting Party a reasonable time before the scheduled appearance.
The Requested Party shall return a proof of service in the manner specified in the request.
