ON MUTUAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS
The Government of the United States of America and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including the Government of Hong Kong;
Desiring to improve the effectiveness of the law enforcement authorities of both the United states of America and Hong Kong in the investigation, prosecution, and prevention of crime through cooperation and mutual legal assistance in criminal matters;
