1989/90 Reserve of up to £1.85m to be borne on the
Diplomatic Wing Vote. I should also be grateful for your
agreement in principle for the claim on the 1990/91
Reserve; provision for later years can be discussed in
the context of next year's Public Expenditure Survey.
The sums involved this year are summarised in Annex C.
