I see that in a recent conversation with the Secretary of State, Mr Patten noted that £17 million had already been committed since the end of last year on money for Vietnamese boat people. This contrasts with the figure of £12 million which was reflected in the Secretary State's remarks at the press conference in Geneva. Can you help reconcile these figures?
