1. You asked for some unclassified material on Hong Kong post-1997 which you could give to the Gibraltarians. I attach copies of:
i) our unclassified brief on Hong Kong, pages 14-17 cover the future of Hong Kong.
ii) the White Paper on the Sino-British Joint Declaration of 1984. The introduction gives a good summary of arrangements for the future Hong Kong.
