MR IAN HAY DAVISON
Former Chief Executive of Lloyd's of London; appointed in November 1987 to head a six month review of Hong Kong financial market (Securities Review Committee (SRC)). The Hay Davison (SRC) Report
was published on 2 June 1988 and contained well over a hundred
recommendations. The Government has identified the following major
recommendations and drawn up a rough timetable for their
implementation :
