systems. That in itself is not enough, but I am sure that the most

important thing to achieve is the flourishment of the system we have

sought to secure for Hong Kong here in Hong Kong and I think that it

must be sensible to concentrate on that.

If one is seeking to protect Hong Kong and the system we have

established here from dominance or interference by the other systan

in the other part of the country, then it must I think be sensible

to set about establishing our own system in the same way.
