FINANCE
FCO and common service costs, ie hire of machinery, transport, official duty free should be debited to FCO Vote A1 (1) (U) (2). Costs for the COI technician and the detectives
should be charged to the COI and Metropolitan Police
respectively;
(b)
Instructions for payment of hotel costs and subsistence will follow when the delegation has been finalised and accommodation arrangements are known.
