VISIT OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE TO HONG KONG 2-4 JULY ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS

ACCOMMODATION
-
(a) Living Accommodation
The Governor will be happy to accommodate seven members of the Delegation at Government House. In addition to the Secretary of State, Lady Howe, Private Secretary and a Detective, three other officials can stay there. I should be grateful if you would let me know from the names below which three other officials you wish to be accommodated at Government House.

The other members of the Delegation will be accommodated at the Furama Hotel, near to Government House, with a suite for the Head of News Department.
(b) Working Accommodation
A room with the appropriate equipment, machinery and stationery will be provided at Government House for use as Private Office. A safe will be provided in the Private Office in order to store papers/boxes overnight.
