OFFICE MACHINERY AND STATIONERY
(a) Miss Rea and Mrs Mansfield will take with them a Toshiba computer with separate printer and a Canon type- star portable electronic typewriter for use in Hong Kong.
(b) The Private Office will also be equipped with electric typewriters, common user stationery and a photocopying machine.
(c) An electric typewriter and some stationery will be provided in the Press Suite.
(a) Any special headed stationery will be brought out by the Personal Assistants.

It has been agreed that no official gifts will be exchanged during this visit.
16. CLIMATE AND CLOTHING
Likely temperatures at the beginning of July are maximum 31°c minimum 26°c. Relative humidity 82 per cent. There is a high possibility of rain. Lightweight lounge suits are suggested for day and evening wear.
17. FINANCE
(a)
Any minor gifts will be charged to FCO Vote Al(1) (U) (7).
(b) Other FCO costs, plus common service costs, eg hiring of transport, office machinery etc, will be charged to FCO Vote Al(1)(U)(2). Others will be charged to parent departments as follows:-
