DELEGATION
The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and Lady Howe, accompanied by those shown at Appendix I will visit Hong Kong from 2-4 July.

The outline programme for the Secretary of State and Lady Howe are shown at Appendix II.
3. TRAVEL

(a) Outward
The party will travel to Hong Kong on CX250 ETD London Gatwick (North Suite) at 1800 hours on Saturday 1 July, ETA Hong Kong at 1400 hours on Sunday 2 July.
(b) Return
The party will depart Hong Kong on CX251 ETD Hong Kong at 2255 hours on Tuesday 4 July, ETA London Gatwick (North Suite) at 0540 hours on Wednesday 5 July.
(c) Full travel details are given at Appendix III.
(a) Departure arrangements for those travelling from the United Kingdom on 1 July will be issued separately.
