NOTE: The Secretary of State and Lady Howe's luggage should be loaded into the vehicle transporting the boxes. This luggage is usually cabin-loaded for ease of access.
The luggage will bear colour coded labels dependent on accommodation arrangements. These colours will be notified to you in advance. In addition, items which are cabin-loaded always bear a yellow label.
