VISIT OF HONG KONG GOVERNMENT'S SECRETARY FOR RECREATION AND CULTURE

The Hong Kong Secretary for Recreation and Culture, Mr Gus Chui, shall be making a courtesy call on my Minister on Wednesday 20 December to discuss cultural matters. He will be accompanied by Mr Lily Yam, Commissioner for Television and Entertainment Licensing Authority. I should be grateful if you would provide me with some up to date briefing notes on present Anglo-Hong Kong political relations.
My Minister's Private Office has asked for briefing by Monday 18 December so it would help me if I could have your contribution reach here by Friday 15 December.
