The visit should not take place until after the next round of bilateral political consultations, in which Lord Glenarthur will be involved. These have been put on hold because of the Cabinet reshuffle in Seoul. But we expect to hear fairly soon from the Koreans when their Vice Minister can come to London. We should be aiming for Spring at the latest, and this would not conflict with a visit to Korea in May or June.
