The

The pace of democratization must be stepped up to the maximum in the next 8 years without detriment t.o economic and social stability.

marcial law and the manner of stationing People's Liberation Army troops in Hong Kong, to be scrutinized and revised.
Lastly, Hong Kong people from now on will have to face the future
realistically. Those who feel impelled to emigrate and can afford to do
so will leave Hong Kong in any case,
to more rapidly expand educational
talent to replace those who emigrate.
