5. As one member of the delegation is a Legislative Councillor, I recommend that they should be seen, if possible, by Mr McLaren, and Mr Morris of the Home Office. It would be better not to arrange the
call for 12 July as a rail strike is likely on that day. Subject to your agreement, I suggest that PAS of Mr McLaren and Mr Morris liaise to arrange a time. I will then inform Mr Archer of the
arrangements.
