1. Mr Court drew my attention to the existence of a short video, produced by Credit Lyonnaise, about the economic inter-relationship between Hong Kong and China, entitled "The Vanishing Border". Lord Glenarthur would very much like to see this video, and
Mr Court wondered whether it would be possible to obtain a copy, either through Hong Kong Government Office in London, or direct from
Hong Kong.
