The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in Her in that behalf by sections 13(2), 15(2) and 17(6) of the West Indies Act 1967(a), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
Citation and commencement
1.--(1) This Order may be cited as the Dominica Modification of Enact- ments (Amendment) Order 1978 and shall be construed as one with the Dominica Modification of Enactments Order 1978(b), hereinafter called "the principal Order".
(2) This Order shall come into operation on 15th December 1978, but shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd November 1978.
2.--(1) Paragraphs 3(2) and 3(3) of the principal Order are amended by the deletion of “(i)” and the substitution of “(1)”.
(2) Paragraph 3(4) of the principal Order is amended by the deletion of "paragraph (2) of this article" and the substitution of “article 2(2) of this Order".
(3) Paragraph 2(a) of the Schedule to the principal Order is amended by the deletion of "23(1)" and the substitution of “223(1)”.
