REGISTRATION
Participants are advised to register by March 31, 1989 at a
registration fee of US$50. Late registration fee, if paid by 30 April, will be US$80. Those who register for the Conference after May 1 will be required to pay US$100 directly in Beijing. Registration fee should be paid by international bank draft drawn in favour of China Law Society.
Fifty per cent of the registration fee will be refunded by the Conference Secretariat for cancellation prior to May 31, 1989. will be made after that date.
No refunds
Participants are expected to arrive in Beijing and sign in by 19 June.
ACCOMMODATION AND
TRANSPORT
The cost for board and lodging will be US$95 per person per day. Should participants be accompanied by another person, an additional US$50 per day will be payable per accompanying person sharing the same room. Conference the Secretariat will provide transportation from the hotel to the

Should participants wish to stay in a luxury hotel, please inform the Secretariat before the end of April. The Secretariat will try to make these arrangements. Food and transportation costs will be the responsibility of persons taking advantage of these arrangements.
OUTSIDE TOURS
Tours to
Tours in Beijing will be arranged for accompanying persons by the Conference Secretariat during the Conference. Tours to famous Beijing sites will be arranged for the Conference participants on June 24 and 25. other cities begin on June 26. There are two tour routes: Beijing-Xian-Guangzhou and Beijing- Hangzhou-Guangzhou. Both tours will end in Guangzhou on June 30.
During the tour, each participant will pay US$95 per day for meals and accommodation; each accompanying person will pay US$50 per day. In addition, each person will also pay US$178 for inter-city transportation for the first route and US$170 for the second route.
The above-mentioned tour fees covering board, lodging, and transportation must be sent by bank draft to the account of the International Child Rights Conference, c/o China Exchange Foundation of the Legal Science, Account No. 71405970, Business Department, Bank of China, Beijing, People's Republic of China.
