5. I believe that these arrangements are appropriate for Hong Kong, particularly in the light of the point (b) above. I would be grateful for any comments you may have on them in respect of the PSA Office in Hong Kong. I am also asking the relevant office in the Hong Kong Government to discuss this with your office in Hong Kong.
