or the SAR.

Various acts of sedition which have a tendency to provoke disorder or violence:

classes of the population in SAR or elsewhere in PRC;
Counselling disobedience to law.

(1) No prosecution shall be initiated under this law except on the authority of the prosecuting authority of the SAR.
(2) Offences under this law shall be tried on indictment in
the Supreme Court of the SAR."
